The Gourmet Dog Bakery recognizes that there are dogs sensitive to wheat or wheat products, just as there are humans with wheat allergies. We use organic unbleached white or oat flours for many of our recipes, in addition to rice flour. Fresh organic vegetables are used in our recipes to give our clients a strong advantage in needed vitamins and minerals.
