Shipping Orders are shipped from the The Gourmet Dog Bakery via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an order update when your order is processing and when it ships.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after we receive your retail order unless otherwise noted that we are on vacation.  Wholesale orders can take up to 10 business days to ship.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of these products, there are no returns or refunds. If you're not sure if your pooch will enjoy a certain treat, we suggest buying a sampler to ensure your fuzzy child will enjoy your select.
